i have a burnt resistor on my circuit board which i cant identify the two middle color code… when inspect the circuit board, there are several resistors with the same first and last color,. so i assume that the burnt resistor is the same as the other resistor.
Now, can i replace that resistor with higher resistance ohms?
Resistors aren’t really the sort of thing to burn out on their own. I would recommend determining what caused the resistor to burn out in the first place before replacing, because directly replacing the resistor right now in its current state will probably just result in burning out another resistor.
