Hello Wilmer, glad to help you out today.
Wilmer I need just a little more information from you ok?
Do you need variable speed or constant speed operation?
If just constant speed, do you need a Soft-starter?

Ah yah the motor just goes on and off.
    What’s a Softstarter?

Ok Wilmer, a softstarter is a motor controller that eases up the voltage until the motor reaches full speed. This prevents the high current draw motors have until they reach full speed when they are line started.
    This help?

That probably won’t be necessary Wilmer, we can just add a 230 to 115 step down transformer to the bill for a reasonable cost. Probably going to be expensive to run a 120 line to your building, eh?
Anyway I’m going to recommend a Cutler Hammer Manual Motor Controller to you, just click on this link XTFC025BCA and you can read about it, then give us a call at 800-575-5562 to order it and a control power transformer, ok?
