I am troubleshooting ELEN UPS, I found out that IGBT RECTIFIER with TYPE:PM100CL1A120 and NO: S21AA8G, S3QAJ3G is faulty.

Technically speaking an IGBT is a transistor not a rectifier.
They are both solid state electronic devices, but the similarities pretty much end there. IGBT means Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor, and the PM100CL1A120 that the participant is asking about is actually an IPM, IPM means Intelligent Power Module.

I tried looking them up with out any success. They are probably house numbers for the mfg of the UPS he was working on. That means that ELEN UPS company is the only people that know what those parts are. The PM100 IPM number was a generic number any body can look up fairly easily. This is a common practice among mfg’s of all different types of electronic units.
